Hello there! I'm Jackie, owner of Crystals & Coffee, seeker of all the information, and natural caregiver. My path to becoming an energy worker was a gradual unfolding, a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. It began many, many moons ago as an innate curiosity about the subtle energies that flow through all living things and my deep fascination with the healing power of crystals. As a child I loved to collect "rocks" and carry them in my pockets. I knew at a young age that they held a power within them, a key so to speak, to unlock the power within us! This curiosity led me to explore various healing modalities and spiritual practices, from meditation and mindfulness to Reiki and other forms of energy healing, always incorporating my love of crystals into my practice.

Through lots of  practice and even more self-reflection (thank you Capricorn), I began to recognize my own sensitivity to energy. As I delved deeper into this fascinating realm, I sought guidance from experienced teachers, who taught me various skills and deepened my understanding of the energetic body and its intricate connection to physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I learned about the chakras, the meridians, and the aura, and how imbalances in these energy systems can manifest as illness or dis-ease in the body.

Through continued practice and study, I honed my ability to identify and address these energetic blockages, using a variety of techniques such as Reiki, crystal therapy, card readings, sound healing, and meditation. I also developed my intuitive abilities, learning to absolutely trust my inner guidance and connect with the higher wisdom that flows through all things, connecting all of us.

Today, I am honored to share my gifts as a Reiki Master, helping others to awaken their own healing potential and live the life you were meant to live! I believe that energy work is a powerful tool for transformation and growth, and I am committed to supporting others on their own unique journeys of healing and self-discovery. Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique that uses gentle hand movements to guide the flow of Source energy through the body. The goal is to resolve distress by allowing the healing energy of Source to flow freely throughout the body to aid in your bodies ability to heal itself. This 30 or 60 minute session can be an in person or distance session, both work wonderfully!
